Administrator/Educator: Andrea McNellis, admin@tberiv.org & educator@tberiv.org
Andrea McNellis graduated in 2020 from HUC-JIR with Masters degrees in Jewish Education and Jewish Nonprofit Management. Andrea is passionate about Jewish education and synagogue life. She focused her research in the last year of graduate school on prayer, spirituality, and well-being and is excited to bring what sheβs learned in and outside of the classroom to her work at TBE.
Andrea continues her work on well-being by incorporating social emotional learning into Religious School and in her work as our Administrator.
Andrea is an experienced religious school teacher and administrator. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, swimming, and live music. Since joining this community in 2020, Andrea is grateful for the opportunity to continue to get to know and serve this welcoming and gracious congregation.
Office Assistant: Susan Tenenbaum, info@tberiv.org
Susan Tenenbaum has been a member of the Temple, along with her husband and children, since 1993. In August of 2001, she was asked to become part of the Temple Office family and has enjoyed this tremendous honor for all of these years. In her prior life before being called Mom, Susan was an Accounting major at Cal State Northridge and worked as an auditor CPA at a "Big 8" accounting firm. She was a volunteer at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, being part of the Results system at the Swim Venue at USC. Highlights of those two weeks were seeing diver Greg Louganis win a gold medal and ogling over Mark Spitz in the VIP viewing area!
So happy to help you answer your questions and make you feel an important part of our Temple family!
Administrative Assistant/Clergy Assistant: Hannah Wilkerson, office@tberiv.org
Hannah Wilkerson officially joined the TBE community in 2011. Her previous work experience includes various positions in human resources as well as several years as an elementary school librarian.
She graduated from UC Riverside in 2010 with a BA in Art History because, aside from her love of both art and history, she was looking forward to answering the question "what did you plan on doing with your Art History degree?" in every situation where degrees are discussed. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys candle making, mixed media art, and photography.
